Are you in the midst of a trial in your life right now?  Are you doubting
whether God is hearing your prayers?  Are you wondering how you are going to
make it?  Let me give you a word of encouragement today.  The Bible states,
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever."  The same Jesus
that delivered you in the past, is the same Jesus that will deliver you
today.  The same Jesus that brought you through that trial before, is the
same Jesus that will bring you through now!  Build up your faith and have
confidence by what God has done for you in the past, to see you through to
victory in whatever your present circumstance is!

When David went to fight Goliath, he did not just blindly run onto the
battlefield.  We have insight into David's confidence from his conversation
with King Saul prior to the battle.  David recounts how as a shepherd he had
fought and killed both a lion and a bear while tending to his father's
sheep.  He said, " the Lord that delivered out of the paw of the lion, and
out of the paw of the bear, He will deliver me out of the hand of this
Philistine."  David had faith in confidence in God even before going into
his battle with Goliath because of what God has done in his life in the
past!!!

There is a gospel song titled "He'll Do It Again".  It says in the song,
"you may not know how, may not know when, but He'll do it again."  THAT is
my word for you today.  This very moment, you may not know how, and you may
not know when, but HE'LL DO IT AGAIN!  The same God that has brought you
through trials in the past, will bring you through the trial you are
fighting today.  Have faith and confidence in God today, because of what He
has done for you yesterday!
